Disabled account or expired activation link.

  1. Click on 'Need help signing in?' and then on 'Customer Support'.
  2. You will be redirected to the Customer Support website.
    1. You will be able to create a Technical Support request.
    2. A member of the Customer Service team will reactivate your account.
    3. You will receive an account activation email. Just follow the steps.
