Yes, but the two access levels do different things. Under Basic Access, the app is mostly view-only — useful for checking rack status, issues, and priority levels on the go. Conducting your own assessments, creating or editing records, reporting new damage, and attaching photos all require Premium Access. If your team will be performing on-site assessments with the app, you'll need Premium. The difference is the same as on the Damotech Platform itself, since the app and the web platform share one account.
The Damotech mobile app runs on iOS and Android phones and tablets with the latest operating system version.
